Julien Greaux: The Best Fitness Model


As part of a body building enthusiast community, everyone has their own favorite fitness trainers, or even body builders that they will surely follow on what programs they promote on building their bodies.

Well, I am a member of Bigbens Muscle Factory Gym located in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. And I, myself have my own best fitness model/trainer. Who will that be? He is Julien Greaux!

You gotta’ be wondering who is this Julien Greaux I’m talking about. Well, he’s one of my favorite fitness models that will surely shred your physique in your desired shape if you follow his programs.

So, let’s talk about this Martial Artist.

Julien Greaux was born on June 28, 1976 in Saint-Barthelemy, French West Indies. He is a martial artist and fitness training expert.

So what about it?       • 30 minutes of stretching and Martial Arts work @ 6.00 am
    • PM (Back & Rear Delts)
    • Wide Grip, Close Grip and Reverse Grip Pull Ups
      • 25 total sets x 10 to 20 reps
    • Dumbell Bent-Over Flys
      • 5 sets x 10 to 15 reps
    • Rear Delt Machine

      • 1) Julien does 30 min of stretching and martial arts work every morning @ 6:00 AM and trains later in the day.
      • 2) Julien trains his abs every day, choosing two separate exercises per day and doing 100 reps per exercise.
